What is Jaidigital.store?

Jaidigital.store is an online store that sells high-quality digital products. All our products are delivered instantly via email/download link after payment.

How will I receive my digital product?

Once your payment is confirmed, you will be redirected to the download page instantly. You can download your product right away.
Additionally, we send a download link to your email within 5–10 minutes of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including:

• UPI
  

• Credit/Debit Cards
  

• Net Banking
  
  

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) since our products are digital.

I didn’t receive my product after payment. What should I do?

If you don’t receive your download link within 10 minutes, please:

1. Check your Spam/Junk folder.
   

2. If it’s still missing, email us at hapuscompany@gmail.com within 24 hours.

Can I get a refund?

Since our products are digital, all sales are final. However, refunds are given only in these cases:

• Double payment for the same order.
  

• Wrong product delivered.
  

• Corrupted file or technical issue on our end.
  
  

Proof (such as a screenshot) may be required before processing a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the payment is complete and the download link has been sent, orders cannot be cancelled.

What if I have technical issues opening the files?

If you face any issues downloading or opening the product, contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll help you within 24 hours.
